Background
The City of Farmington is seeking bids for specialty meters to complete the Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) project and for reserve stock.
This initiative aims to enhance the efficiency and reliability of the city's utility services, aligning with their mission to provide high-quality public services to the community.

Work Details
The contract involves supplying various types of electric meters, specifically:
1. METER, FORM 3S, CLASS 20, 120-480V with internal RF node - Quantity: 23
2. METER, FORM 4S, CLASS 20, 120-480V with internal RF node - Quantity: 90
3. METER, FORM 8/9S, CLASS 20, 120-480V with internal RF node - Quantity: 221
4. METER, FORM 14/15/16S, CLASS 200, 120-480V with RF node - Quantity: 161
5. Various adapters for meters including:
- 16K ADAPTER for 9S meter - Quantity: 108
- 2K ADAPTER for 4S meter - Quantity: 232
6. Additional meters such as FORM 5/35S and FORM 12S with specified quantities.
All products must meet or exceed the specifications set forth by the City and must be from approved manufacturers including Elster and Eaton Cooper.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence upon award and will continue until all items are delivered and accepted by the City of Farmington.
The delivery timeline is critical and may be specified in individual orders.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to designated locations within the City of Farmington, New Mexico.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with New Mexico State Statutes regarding public purchases and must not practice unlawful discrimination as per Section 28-1-7 NMSA.
Bidders are required to submit their bids through the City's online bidding system only.
Additionally, bidders must provide proof of manufacturer’s name, product number/description, and delivery lead time.
