T3156 - Pest Control Services: Residential, Non-Residential, and Vehicles (Statewide)

Background
This Bid Solicitation is issued by the State of New Jersey, Department of the Treasury, Division of Purchase and Property, on behalf of Statewide Using Agencies and Cooperative Purchasing Participants. The purpose is to solicit Quotes for pest control services at Residential facilities, Non-Residential facilities, and Vehicles across New Jersey. This is a reprocurement of previous contracts for pest control services.

Work Details
The contract encompasses three categories of pest control services:
1) Residential Facilities,
2) Non-Residential Facilities,
3) State Vehicles.

Each category is divided into Northern, Central, and Southern regions with specific price lines for various pest control services including rodent inspection and treatment, wasp and hornet control, bed bug detection and treatment, termite inspection and treatment, as well as bird control services. The contractor must provide integrated pest management (IPM) services that include emergency response capabilities and routine monthly maintenance. All work must comply with state regulations regarding pesticide application.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and will be effective until the completion of all required services as specified in the solicitation. Specific timelines for service delivery will be outlined in individual task orders issued under the contract.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed statewide across New Jersey in designated residential facilities, non-residential facilities, and state vehicles located in Northern, Central, and Southern regions.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must meet Small Business Set-Aside requirements and Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Set-Aside requirements. They must possess a valid Pesticide Applicator Business License and ensure that all personnel performing pesticide applications hold valid New Jersey Certified Pesticide Applicator Licenses. Bidders are also required to submit a Subcontractor Utilization Plan if they intend to use subcontractors.
