T1466 - Video Teleconferencing Equipment & Services

Background
This Bid Solicitation is issued by the State of New Jersey's Department of the Treasury, Division of Purchase and Property, on behalf of the Office of Information Technology (OIT). OIT is responsible for the technology infrastructure used by the Executive Branch of New Jersey State Government.

Work Details
The contract includes the following key components:
1. **Video Conferencing Equipment**: Bidders must provide catalogs that include microphones, displays, monitors, headphones/headsets, cameras, speakers, lighting, digital whiteboards, acoustical conditioning materials, and furniture integral to VC functionality. Applications include distance learning and administrative meetings.

2. **Labor Categories**: Bidders must provide personnel for project management, technical engineering, installation, and training with defined hourly rates for various service times (straight time, overtime, etc.).

3. **Customer Support Services**: Access to dedicated representatives for account management and technical support at no additional cost.

4. **On-Site Requirements**: Approval from the Using Agency for electrical and space requirements; contractors are responsible for site cleanliness and protection of materials.

5. **Warranty and Maintenance**: A minimum one-year warranty on all equipment with options for post-warranty maintenance including all-inclusive annual maintenance plans.

Period of Performance
The base term of this contract will be three years from the anticipated effective date provided in the solicitation documents. The contract may be extended up to two additional years with mutual consent.

Place of Performance
The performance will occur in various locations as designated by the Using Agency within New Jersey.
