- **Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS)**: A cloud-based customer experience solution allowing agencies to utilize contact center software.
- **Outbound Notification**: Rapid message delivery via telephone, email, or text.
- **Voicemail**: Advanced voicemail capabilities.
- **Teleconferencing**: Audio conferencing services.
- **Fax Services**: Sending and receiving faxes over IP.

3. **Ancillary Equipment**:
- With Labor: Includes session border controllers, voice gateways, audio conferencing systems.
- Without Labor: Includes VoIP telephones, analog telephones, headsets.

4. **Labor Categories**: Project managers, technical engineers, trainers, and installation technicians are required for installation and support services.

Period of Performance
