RFP for Master Developer for the Gibbsboro Redevelopment/Restaurant Project

Background
The Camden County Improvement Authority (CCIA) is seeking proposals for the role of Master Developer for the Gibbsboro Redevelopment/Restaurant Project located in the Borough of Gibbsboro, New Jersey. The goal of this contract is to engage a developer who can effectively manage and execute the redevelopment project, aligning with the CCIA's mission to improve community infrastructure and services.

Work Details
The selected Master Developer will be responsible for overseeing the entire redevelopment process, which includes planning, design, and construction of a restaurant facility as part of the broader Gibbsboro Redevelopment initiative. Specific tasks may include:
