RFP for Bond Counsel Services for the Camden County Improvement Authority

Background
The Pollution Control Financing Authority of Camden County, New Jersey, is seeking proposals for various professional services for the year commencing January 1, 2025. The goal of this request is to obtain competitive proposals from which the Authority may select contractors that best meet its needs. The services requested include financial advisory, legal counsel (general and bond), engineering (environmental and LSRP), and auditing services.

Work Details
The following professional services are requested:

1) Financial Advisory Services;
2) Legal Services – General Counsel;
3) Legal Services – Bond Counsel;
4) Engineering Services – Environmental Engineer;
5) Engineering Services – LSRP;
6) Auditing Services - Auditor.

Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the name of the RFP.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on January 1, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the offices of the Pollution Control Financing Authority located at 9600 River Road, Pennsauken, New Jersey 08110.
