Background
The Township of Mahwah is seeking proposals for Information Technology Services through a competitive contracting process as outlined in N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.1 et seq.
The goal of this contract is to enhance the township's IT capabilities and services.

Work Details
The contract involves providing comprehensive Information Technology Services to the Township of Mahwah.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A.10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
Proposals must be submitted in duplicate on forms provided by the Township and delivered in a sealed envelope clearly marked with 'RFP #25-02 ENCLOSED—DO NOT OPEN'.
