Request for Proposal for Accounting and Financial Consulting for Public Housing Programs

The Trenton Housing Authority is inviting proposals for accounting and financial consulting services for public housing programs funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Proposals are requested under RFP # PH06AD0326. An informational package detailing the requirements will be available starting Monday, March 30, 2026, at the Trenton Housing Authority office located at 875 New Willow St., Trenton, N.J. 08638. There is a non-refundable fee of ten dollars ($10.00) for each package. For those who prefer to receive documents by mail, there will be an additional mailing fee of ten dollars ($10.00), plus actual postage. The documents will also be accessible on the Housing Authority's website at www.tha-nj.org/procurement in PDF format, free of charge.
