Background
The County of Bergen is issuing a solicitation for the replacement of golf course irrigation pumping stations at Rockleigh Golf Course, Valley Brook Golf Course, Soldier Hill Golf Course, and Overpeck Golf Course.

The project aims to enhance the irrigation systems to ensure efficient water management across these facilities, which are vital for maintaining the quality of the golf courses.

Work Details
The contract includes the following tasks:
1. Mobilization;
2. Installation of bulkheads on existing suction lines;
3. Construction of reinforced concrete pads;
4. Installation of floating intake filters;
5. Installation of various types of HDPE and PVC pipes;
6. Installation of package stations with enclosures and drivers at Rockleigh (2 stations), Valley Brook, Soldier Hill, and Overpeck (1 station each);
7. Ancillary electrical work;
8. Site restoration and removal of silt from designated areas.

The total bid price is estimated at $137,745.00.

Period of Performance
The contractor is expected to complete all work within two hundred seventy (270) calendar days from the date of notice to proceed.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at four golf courses located in Bergen County, New Jersey: Rockleigh Golf Course, Valley Brook Golf Course, Soldier Hill Golf Course, and Overpeck Golf Course.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit a bid guarantee as required by New Jersey law, a certificate from a surety company, a statement of corporate ownership, a listing of subcontractors, a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate, and various disclosures including political contributions and compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
