Background
The Board of Commissioners of the County of Camden, New Jersey, is seeking proposals for Reentry Transitional Housing Services II aimed at supporting individuals transitioning from the Camden County Correctional Facility.

The goal of this contract is to provide essential housing services that facilitate successful reintegration into the community.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive transitional housing services for individuals reentering society from incarceration. This includes but is not limited to:
- Safe and secure housing accommodations.
- Case management services to assist residents in accessing necessary resources such as employment, education, and health care.
- Life skills training to help residents develop essential skills for independent living.
- Supportive services that may include counseling and substance abuse treatment referrals.
- Coordination with local agencies and organizations to enhance service delivery.
