Background
The Village of Ridgewood is issuing a contract for the rehabilitation of the Kingsbridge Lane Pedestrian Bridge, which crosses over the Saddle River to East Saddle River Road. This project aims to repair and restore the structural integrity of the pedestrian bridge, ensuring safety and accessibility for the community.

Work Details
The principal items of work include the structural repair of the pedestrian bridge at Kingsbridge Lane. The work can be completed under two options as specified in the bid documents. The successful bidder will receive a paper set of project plans upon award.

Bidders must comply with all applicable provisions of the Prevailing Wage Act and provide necessary documentation including a performance and payment bond for 100% of the accepted bid amount, insurance certificates, and proof of business registration in New Jersey.
