Public Vehicle Sale

Background
The City of Trenton, located in Mercer County, New Jersey, is issuing a solicitation for the sale of public vehicles through a sealed bidding process. The goal of this contract is to sell various used vehicles that are currently stored at Hawk's Towing Inc. The vehicles will be sold as-is with no warranties or guarantees. All sales will be final.

Work Details
Bidders are invited to submit sealed bids for the following vehicles, with a minimum bid amount of $2,500.00 per vehicle:

3) 2007 Lincoln Marquis
4) 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer
5) 2006 Ford Fusion
6) 2013 Hyundai Elantra
7) 2017 GMC Acadia
8) 2007 Nissan Sentra
9) 2000 Honda Civic
10) 2005 Honda Civic
11) 2009 Chevy Impala
12) 2007 Honda Civic
13) 2016 Kia Optima
14) 2015 Nissan Rogue
15) 2006 Chevy Trax
16) 2004 Toyota RAV4
17) 2004 Lexus IS300
18) 2007 Honda Odyssey
19) 2004 Ford F150
20) 2017 Cadillac Escalade
21) 2008 Lincoln Navigator and others as listed in the solicitation.
Vehicles must be inspected on May 14, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Hawk's Towing Inc., located at 401 New York Avenue, Trenton, NJ. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to Isabel C. Garcia, Purchasing Agent.

Period of Performance
The inspection date for the vehicles is scheduled for May 14, 2025. Bids will be received until May 23, 2025, at which point the sale will occur.

Place of Performance
The vehicles are stored at Hawk's Towing Inc., located at 401 New York Avenue, Trenton, New Jersey.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide a deposit of ten percent (10%) based on their total bid amount in cash, certified bank check or money order. Successful bidders must remove purchased vehicles from the towing lot within ten (10) calendar days after the sale date or risk forfeiting their deposits.
