Background
The County of Middlesex is seeking bids for the Provision of Food and Beverage Catering Services for hosted meetings and events conducted by various departments and offices. The goal of this contract is to ensure that high-quality catering services are available for county events, enhancing the experience of attendees and supporting the mission of the county's departments.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive food and beverage catering services, which include but are not limited to: menu planning, food preparation, service staff, equipment rental (if necessary), and cleanup after events. The contractor must accommodate various dietary restrictions and preferences as specified by the county departments. Services will be required for multiple events throughout the contract period, with varying guest counts and menu selections.
