The Middlesex County Department of Infrastructure Management, Office of Facilities Management is seeking Preventive Maintenance and Repair Service to Various Lift Stations, Pumps, and Motors. The specifications provide the requirements for the service.

Work Details
The service includes providing preventive maintenance and repair service to various lift stations, pumps, and motors as required by the Middlesex County Department of Infrastructure Management, Office of Facilities Management.
The bidder is required to submit bids electronically via the Middlesex County's Electronic Procurement Portal. The bid opening will be live streamed via Zoom.
Bidders are required to comply with equal employment opportunities and corporate and/or partnership ownership requirements.
The bid security requires a certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price, but not in excess of $20,000.00, payable unconditionally to the County of Middlesex.

Period of Performance
The bid release date is April 16, 2024, and the bid submission deadline is May 7, 2024.
The contract award shall be made within sixty (60) days of the date of opening of bids.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various locations within Middlesex County.
