Paving Materials

Background
The Township of Wayne, New Jersey, is issuing an Invitation to Bid for paving materials as part of its ongoing infrastructure maintenance and improvement efforts. The contract aims to furnish paving materials according to specified requirements, which will be picked up by the Township at the contractor's plant. Work Details
The contractor is required to furnish paving materials that meet specified technical standards. The materials must be available for pickup by the Township at the contractor's facility. Period of Performance

The paving materials must be picked up at the contractor’s plant located within a reasonable distance from Wayne Township, NJ.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must have a registered Business Registration Certificate (BRC) with the State of New Jersey prior to contract award. They are also required to submit an Ownership Disclosure Certification detailing any owners or partners holding a 10% or more interest in the business. Compliance with New Jersey Law Against Discrimination is mandatory, and bidders must provide proof of compliance with affirmative action provisions.
