Ophthalmic Supplies FY2025- Perkins

Background
Camden County College is issuing a solicitation for the procurement of ophthalmic supplies for the fiscal year 2025. The goal of this contract is to furnish, deliver, and/or install necessary ophthalmic materials and equipment to support the college's mission.

The contract aims to promote small business participation, with a 25% goal set aside for small businesses as per the Small Business Set-Aside Act.

Work Details
The contract includes the furnishing, delivery, and/or installation of various ophthalmic supplies as specified in the bid documents. Bidders must provide prices for individual items and separate groups, ensuring that all freight, handling, and delivery charges are included in their quotes.

Bidders are also advised that any equipment requiring installation will be subject to New Jersey's Prevailing Wage Act. All bids must conform to the specifications provided by Camden County College.

Period of Performance
The contract period is expected to commence upon award and will cover the fiscal year 2025.
