Background
The Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA) and the Port Authority Transit Corporation (PATCO) are seeking suppliers for a one-year contract to provide unleaded automotive gasoline, ultra-low sulfur diesel, and 2% biodiesel.

This solicitation aims to ensure efficient fuel supply for the operations of both authorities.

Work Details
The contract involves the purchase and delivery of the following products:
1) Unleaded Automotive Gasoline,
2) Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel,
3) 2% Biodiesel.

Suppliers must comply with stated General Conditions, Special Provisions, Qualifications, Supplemental Requirements, and Specifications using estimated quantities provided in the solicitation.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a one-year period starting from the date of award.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to locations specified by the Delaware River Port Authority and Port Authority Transit Corporation.

Bidder Requirements
Suppliers must complete a Political Contribution Form and Certification to be considered in the vendor selection process.

Additionally, suppliers are required to register on the Ariba Network for sourcing, contracts, and supplier management.
