Work Details

1. Compliance with various statutes such as CAFRA, Freshwater Wetlands, Coastal Wetlands, Waterfront Development, Stream Encroachment, Stormwater Management, Tidelands, Dam Safety, Pinelands regulations, Soils Conservation District requirements, and Green Acres regulations.
2. Conducting Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) assessments including surveys and laboratory analysis.
3. Asbestos Management Consulting involving identification surveys and abatement recommendations.
4. Lead-Based Paint (LBP) Management Consulting including identification surveys and abatement recommendations.
5. Compliance Management Consulting for regulatory permitting services.
6. Geoenvironmental Consulting for soil and groundwater contamination investigations and remediation designs.
Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of 12 months.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed in Ocean County, New Jersey.

Proposers must have a minimum of 5 years experience providing similar services to public agencies in New Jersey.
