Notice to Bidders: East Brunswick Public Library HVAC System Replacement Project

Background
The Township of East Brunswick is issuing this contract for the replacement of the HVAC system at the East Brunswick Public Library.

The project aims to enhance the library's climate control systems, ensuring a comfortable environment for patrons and staff. This contract is part of the township's ongoing commitment to maintaining and improving public facilities.

Work Details
The project consists of the replacement of four (4) multizone rooftop units, including necessary electrical connections, supports, controls, and ductwork.

Additionally, HVAC unit cleaning will be performed for all existing HVAC systems that are to remain in the building. The contract also includes upgrades to the automatic controls system (ATC), which encompasses all necessary updated licenses, software, and workstations. All existing HVAC equipment will be migrated onto the new ATC system.

Period of Performance
The duration of the contract for the construction of this project shall be twelve (12) months from the issuance of a Notice to Proceed (NTP) to the lowest responsible bidder as determined by the Township.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the East Brunswick Public Library located at 2 Jean Walling Civic Center, East Brunswick, NJ 08816.
