Material Storage Bin Installation, Site Improvements and Creek Restoration NJDOT West Berlin Maintenance Yard, West Berlin, Camden County, NJ

Background
The New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) is issuing this solicitation for the installation of material storage bins, site improvements, and creek restoration at the NJDOT West Berlin Maintenance Yard located in Camden County, NJ.
The goal of this contract is to enhance the functionality and environmental integrity of the maintenance yard.

Work Details
The project involves a single bid (lump sum all trades) for general construction work including but not limited to:
- Installation of material storage bins
- Site improvements
- Creek restoration.

Bidders must be classified with DPMC in one of the following trades: General Construction (C008) or General Construction/Alterations & Additions (C009). Additionally, bidders must list classified subcontractors for Structural Steel & Ornamental Iron (C029) and Electrical (C047).
The estimated cost estimate (CCE) for this project is $1,886,136.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed following the bid opening on December 12, 2024, with specific timelines to be determined upon award.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the NJDOT West Berlin Maintenance Yard located at 50 Walker Avenue, West Berlin, Camden County, NJ.
