Large Truck Maintenance & Repair

Background
The Borough of Hawthorne is seeking bids for the maintenance and repair of large trucks owned and/or operated by the borough. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the borough's fleet of large trucks is properly maintained and repaired, enhancing operational efficiency and safety.

Work Details
The contractor will provide maintenance and repair services for large trucks at their facility. All maintenance and repairs must be conducted within ten (10) miles of the Hawthorne Municipal Building located at 445 Lafayette Avenue. Specific services include routine maintenance checks, emergency repairs, parts replacement, and any other necessary services to keep the trucks in optimal working condition.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide a Statement of Responsibility, a Non-Collusion Affidavit, and an Individual, Corporation or Partnership Statement with their bids. Bidders not chartered in New Jersey must submit proper certificates from the Secretary of State indicating authorization to do business in New Jersey. Additionally, a Business Registration Certificate issued by the New Jersey Department of Treasury must be provided prior to contract signing.
