Description

Notice of intent to Award Contract under National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement. The Township of Jefferson intends to participate in the Sourcewell National Cooperative procurement service to procure UTILITY, TRANSPORT, GOLF, AND RECREATION VEHICLES WITH RELATED ACCESSORIES, EQUIPMENT, AND SERVICES. The Township of Jefferson intends to utilize Sourcewell Contract No. 122220-PSI, entitled Off-road vehicles, UTVs, ATVs, snowmobiles, burden carriers, and LSVs with Polaris Sales, Inc. The term of the contract between SOURCEWELL and POLARIS SALES, INC. is August 17, 2020 through January 29, 2025.
Background
The Township of Jefferson, located in Morris County, New Jersey, is participating in the Sourcewell National Cooperative procurement service to procure utility, transport, golf, and recreation vehicles along with related accessories and services.

The contract is based on Sourcewell Contract No. 122220-PSI with Polaris Sales, Inc., which was awarded for off-road vehicles including UTVs, ATVs, snowmobiles, burden carriers, and LSVs. The contract term runs from August 17, 2020 to January 29, 2025.

Work Details
The Township intends to purchase one (1) Polaris Xpedition Adventure 5 NorthStar All-Terrain Vehicle from Ledgewood Power Sports, Inc., an authorized Polaris dealer. The vehicle specifications are as follows:
