Furnishing Of Transportation Services For Clients Enrolled At The George J. Otlowski, Sr. Center For Mental Health Care

Background
The Middlesex County Department of Community Services is seeking transportation services for clients enrolled at the George J. Otlowski, Sr., Center for Mental Health Care. The intention of these specifications is to provide prospective bidders with the requirements for furnishing transportation services as required by the department.

Work Details
The contractor is expected to furnish transportation services for clients enrolled at the George J. Otlowski, Sr., Center for Mental Health Care. The contractor must comply with all statutory and other requirements regarding equal employment opportunities and corporate and/or partnership ownership.
The contract is subject to the Middlesex County Qualified Business Enterprise Set-Aside Program, which promotes diversity in procurement and encourages contracting with Qualified Business Enterprises. Vendors who are Qualified Business Enterprises must submit their State of New Jersey Certifications with their bid or proposal.

Period of Performance
The bid release date is April 17, 2024, and the bid submission deadline is May 8, 2024, at 10:00 am. The contract shall be awarded within sixty (60) days of the bid opening date, and if necessary, an additional thirty (30) days may be requested with consent from each bidder. The contract will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey.
