Furnishing Of Custodial Cleaning Services

Background
The County of Middlesex, through its Department of Public Safety and Health, Office of Adult Corrections and Youth Services, is seeking bids for custodial cleaning services. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the facilities under the jurisdiction of the Office of Adult Corrections and Youth Services are maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive custodial cleaning services which include but are not limited to: daily cleaning of all areas within the facilities, including restrooms, offices, common areas, and any other designated spaces.

The contractor must supply all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. Specific tasks may include dusting, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, restroom sanitation, and floor maintenance. The contractor must also adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a high standard of cleanliness as per the specifications outlined in the bid documents.

Period of Performance
The contract is set to commence upon award and will continue for a period determined by the County's needs, with options for renewal based on performance and funding availability.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various facilities operated by the Middlesex County Department of Public Safety and Health located within Middlesex County, New Jersey.

Bidder Requirements
