Furnish And Deliver Tools And Accessories To The Pvsc Warehouse For A One (1) Year Period (NORTH JERSEY WASTEWATER COOPERATIVE PRICING SYSTEM)

Background
The Passaic Valley Sewerage Commission (PVSC) is the lead agency for the North Jersey Wastewater Cooperative Pricing System. The mission of the PVSC is to protect public health and the environment by providing wastewater treatment services. This contract aims to furnish and deliver tools and accessories to the PVSC warehouse for a one-year period, supporting their operational needs.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for furnishing and delivering various tools and accessories as specified in the bid documents. The vendor must provide a percentage discount off the manufacturer's price list for all items they wish to deliver. All items must conform to specifications outlined by PVSC, and any exceptions or alternatives must be documented and submitted with the bid proposal. Vendors are required to submit current catalogs and price lists that correspond with their bids, including a minimum of five numbered copies of each catalog and price list. Failure to provide these documents will result in rejection of the bid.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a one-year period starting from the date of award.

Place of Performance
The delivery location for all tools and accessories is the Passaic Valley Sewerage Commission warehouse located at 600 Wilson Avenue, Newark, NJ 07105.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide a certified check or bid bond in an amount not less than $1,000.00 with their proposal. They are also required to hold or obtain a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate as per N.J.S.A. 52:32-44. Additionally, bidders must comply with affirmative action requirements as outlined in Public Law 1975, C. 127, NJAC 17:27, which includes submitting relevant documentation prior to contract execution.
