Background
The Northwest Bergen County Utilities Authority is seeking proposals for Engineering, Architectural, and Land Use Services. The goal of this contract is to engage qualified firms that can provide expertise in these areas to support the Authority's mission.

Successful vendors must submit prior to contract award either a Federal Letter of Affirmative Action Plan Approval, a State Certificate of Employee Information Report, or a completed Affirmative Action Employee Information Report (AA-302).
Additionally, bidders must certify non-involvement in prohibited activities in Russia or Belarus as per N.J.S.A. 52:32-60.1.
