Demolition of Former RCBC Pemberton Campus Remaining Structures

Work Requested:
The County of Burlington is seeking bids for the demolition of the remaining structures at the former RCBC Pemberton Campus. The scope of work includes:

• Complete demolition of all remaining campus structures as specified in the bid documents and drawings.

This contract pertains to the removal of all remaining structures at the former RCBC Pemberton Campus. The project is identified as CEG-26-0037.

Contract Requirements:

• Bidders must comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq and N.J.A.C. 17: 27-1 et seq.
• All solicitations are subject to change. Bidders are responsible for checking the County's eProcurement system for any addenda or revisions prior to the bid opening date.

• Bid specifications and drawings are available for download under the "Attachments" tab at https://burlcobids.ionwave.net.
• Bidders must download and submit bid documents and forms in their original format; modified forms will not be accepted.
• All bids must be submitted electronically via https://burlcobids.ionwave.net.
• No bid submissions will be accepted via email, fax, courier, mail, or in-person delivery. Any physical bid delivered will be returned unopened.
• The County is not responsible for late submissions or technical issues, including but not limited to connection issues, technical difficulties, errors, or power outages.

Additional Information:

• An in-person pre-bid conference is scheduled for 03/25/2026 at 10:00 A.M. (local time) in the Commissioner's Board Room, 49 Rancocas Road, 1st Floor, Mount Holly, NJ 08060. Attendance is recommended but not mandatory.
• The Division of Purchasing's public office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. EST, excluding County holidays.
