Background

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must have a registered Business Registration Certificate (BRC) with the State of New Jersey prior to contract award. They must also provide an Ownership Disclosure Certification detailing any owners holding 10% or more interest in the business. Compliance with New Jersey Law Against Discrimination is required. Additionally, bidders must submit a Non-Collusion Affidavit with their proposal.
