Background
The project is issued by the Division of Property Management & Construction, State of New Jersey, for the Garden State Youth Correctional Facility located in Crosswicks, Burlington County, NJ.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:
1. General construction and associated repairs to the counseling offices.
2. Replacement of the existing roof with a membrane modified bitumen roofing system.
3. Bidders must be classified in one of the following trades: General Construction (C008) or General Construction / Alterations & Additions (C009).

Additionally, bidders must list classified subcontractors for Plumbing (C030), HVACR (C032), Electrical (C047), and Roofing – Membrane Modified Bitumen (C068). The total estimated cost for construction is $1,878,169.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to commence after the bid opening on April 15, 2025, with specific timelines to be established post-award.
