Big Brook Park Pool Upgrades

Background
The Monmouth County Park System, recognized as the Nation’s First Accredited Park and Recreation Agency, is issuing a contract for the Big Brook Park Pool Upgrades.

The agency's mission is to provide open space, parks, and recreational opportunities for the community. The goal of this contract is to enhance the facilities at Big Brook Park by upgrading the pool equipment.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment, services, and materials necessary for the design, furnishing, and installation of upgraded pool equipment at Big Brook Park.

This includes:
1. Designing and installing new pool equipment as specified in the project documents.
2. Ensuring that all upgrades meet site-specific conditions.
3. Removing existing pool equipment and ensuring its proper disposal.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to commence upon award and must be completed within a timeframe that aligns with the operational needs of the park system.

The work will be performed at Big Brook Park located at 521 Route 520, Marlboro, NJ 07746.
