Background
The Borough of Paramus is soliciting Qualification Statements from individuals and/or firms for various professional positions. The goal is to select qualified respondents who possess the necessary professional, financial, and administrative capabilities to provide the requested services, ultimately benefiting the taxpayers of Paramus. This selection process is subject to the New Jersey Local Unit Pay-to-Play Law.

- Financial Advisor
- Insurance Consultant
- Grants Consultant
- Chemical Engineer
- Attorney COAH Rehabilitation
- Affordable Housing Financial Advisor
- Attorney Board of Ethics
- Attorney for Environmental Commission
- Attorney for Historic Preservation Commission
- Attorney for Municipal Swimming Pool Commissioners Board
- Attorney for Recreation Commissioners Board

Period of Performance
Qualification Statements must be submitted by 11:00 a.m. on December 18, 2024. The contract period will commence upon selection and notification of qualified respondents.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed within the jurisdiction of the Borough of Paramus and may extend to surrounding municipalities as indicated by specific positions.
