Trust Fund, Capital Reserve Fund and Pension Management Services

Background
The City of Nashua, NH, is seeking proposals from qualified financial management firms for the management of the City’s Trust Funds, Capital Reserve Funds, and DPW Pension Fund. The goal is to ensure prudent investment management that aligns with the City’s investment policy outlined in Exhibit A of the request for proposals (RFP). The City aims to maximize risk-adjusted returns while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Work Details
The selected firm will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial management services, including but not limited to:
1. Managing the City of Nashua Trust Funds and Capital Reserve Funds in accordance with the investment policy.
2. Developing and implementing an investment strategy that aligns with the City's objectives, focusing on liquidity, risk-adjusted returns, and diversification.
3. Providing regular performance reports and updates to the Trustees on portfolio performance and market conditions.
4. Ensuring compliance with all relevant federal and state laws regarding investment practices.
5. Meeting quarterly with Trustees to review portfolio performance and economic outlook.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution and is expected to continue for an initial term as specified in the final agreement, subject to renewal based on performance evaluations.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed primarily at the firm's location; however, regular meetings will occur at City Hall located at 229 Main Street, Nashua, NH.
