Security System Raymond Dmv (SUPPLY AND INSTALL)

Background
The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, through the Division of Procurement and Support Services, is seeking bids for the supply and installation of a security system at the Raymond DMV.
The goal is to enhance security measures in alignment with the agency's mission to provide safe and efficient services to the public.

Work Details
The contract includes the following services and products:
1. Access Control:
- Supply and install (1) LenelS2 NetBox Access Control Panel with associated power supplies and batteries, including (4) S2-ACM blades for up to (8) doors.
- Install card reader packages at (7) designated doors, each consisting of (1) card reader, (1) motion request-to-exit device, and door contacts.
- Provide electrified locking hardware and make final terminations.
- Program the system to integrate with the existing State security network.

2. Video Surveillance:
- Supply and install (1) Avigilon recording server in the IT Closet.
- Install (10) Avigilon interior fixed dome cameras at specified locations.
- Program each camera for operation and ensure customer approval of final views.

3. Intrusion Detection:
- Supply and install (1) DMP Intrusion control panel with power supplies in the IT Room.
- Install (8) wireless panic buttons, utilize DPDT door contacts at (4) exterior doors, and provide (2) keypads.

4. Closeout procedures will include testing of completed work and delivery of system documentation to a designated customer representative.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award notification, with an expected completion timeline within 45 business days from the award date.

Place of Performance
The installation will take place at 17 Freetown Road store #4, Raymond NH 03077.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be registered with the NH Bureau of Purchase and Property as State vendors. Corporations or limited liability companies must also be registered with the New Hampshire Secretary of State.
Vendors are required to submit proof of comprehensive general liability insurance coverage prior to contract award, covering claims of bodily injury or property damage in amounts not less than $1 million per occurrence.
