Security Door Replacement (SUPPLY AND INSTALL)

Background
The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, through its Division of Procurement and Support Services, is issuing a Request for Bid (RFB) for the supply and installation of security doors.
The goal of this contract is to enhance the security infrastructure at designated state facilities by replacing existing external security doors.

Work Details
The successful vendor will be required to supply all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment, and permits necessary to replace three external security doors located at 64 South Street in Concord, NH.
The vendor must provide a detailed scope of work for each door with their bid.
Installation must include delivery, uncrating, setting into place, making final connections, start-up testing of all equipment (turn-key), and ensuring compliance with specifications.
All services must be performed between 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., unless otherwise arranged with the State.
The vendor is also responsible for correcting any defective work and repairing any damage caused during the project.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and must be completed by August 29, 2025.

Place of Performance
All work will be performed at 64 South Street, Concord, NH 03301.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be duly registered with the NH Bureau of Purchase and Property as State vendors and have a completed Vendor Application Package on file.
Corporations or limited liability companies must also be registered with the New Hampshire Secretary of State.
Vendors are required to provide proof of comprehensive general liability insurance coverage prior to contract award.
Additionally, background checks are required for all employees who will access state records.
