Background
The State of New Hampshire's Department of Business and Economic Affairs (BEA) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to conduct broadband infrastructure buildout to connect unserved locations as part of the Coronavirus Capital Project Funds initiative.

Work Details

The selected vendor will be responsible for ongoing operations and maintenance post-completion.
Projects must be completed by December 31, 2026, with substantial completion defined as the project being operational for end-users. Grant payments will be made upon verification of substantial completion.

The contract period runs until December 31, 2026, by which time all projects must be completed, including submission and approval of closeout documentation.
