Repair Damaged Aerial Lift (TRUCK MOUNTED)

Background
The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, through its Division of Procurement and Support Services, is issuing a Request for Bid (RFB) to establish a contract for the repair of a truck-mounted aerial lift.
The goal is to ensure that the equipment is restored to operational condition in accordance with the specifications outlined in this bid invitation.

Work Details
The successful vendor will be responsible for repairing a damaged aerial lift, specifically addressing issues around the boom-mounted winch.
The repair must be based on a 'worst case scenario' pricing model.
The equipment involved includes an Elliott H55Rd model mounted on a 2023 International HV507 chassis.
The vendor must supply all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment, and permits necessary for the completion of the services as described.
Additionally, the vendor is required to warranty all repaired equipment for at least one year or according to the manufacturer's standard warranty period, covering all parts and labor.

Period of Performance
The contract work must be completed within 120 business days from the award date.

Place of Performance
The delivery and installation of the repaired aerial lift will take place at NH DOT Mechanical Services located at 33 Smokey Bear Blvd., Concord, NH 03301.
