Orion Safety Flares

Background
The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, through its Division of Procurement and Support Services, is issuing a Request for Bid (RFB) for the supply of Orion Safety Flares.

The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract in the form of a purchase order to provide the State with safety flares as specified in the bid invitation. This contract aims to ensure that the State has access to necessary safety equipment for various applications.

Work Details
The successful vendor will be required to supply 196 cases of Orion Safety Flares, specifically model 9340, with each case containing 36 flares.

The total quantity amounts to 7,056 individual flares. The vendor must ensure that all products meet or exceed the specifications outlined in the bid invitation and are new, not refurbished or used.

Delivery is to be made FOB Destination to the Equipment Control Warehouse at 33 Hazen Drive, Concord, NH 03301.

Period of Performance
Delivery of items must occur within 30 days after receipt of Purchase Order.
