Martel Court PS Bypass FM Project

Work Requested:
The City of Keene is seeking bid proposals from qualified contractors for the Martel Court Sewer Pump Station Bypass Force Main Project. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:

• Furnishing and installing approximately 300 linear feet of 24-inch sewer force main, including force main valves, a valve vault, and related ancillary infrastructure.
• Open cut installation of 60 feet of force main across the Branch Stream.
• Selective demolition, removal, and replacement of existing process piping, valves, flow meters, fittings, supports, and related infrastructure.
• Removal and replacement of approximately 110 linear feet of 12-inch ductile iron gravity sewer main and manhole, including 60 feet of open cut force main installation across the Branch Stream.
• Furnishing and installing approximately 3,820 square feet of hard armor embankment and sewer pipe (river) crossing protection.
• Additional site work including restoration, erosion controls, testing, coffer dam installation, paving, loam and seed, dewatering, and other associated ancillary work and restoration as specified in the contract documents.
• Bypass pumping to maintain operational status of the Sewer Pump Station facility during construction.
