Loader Mounted Wing Post

Background
The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, through its Division of Procurement and Support Services, is issuing a Request for Bid (RFB) for a Loader Mounted Wing Post. The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract in the form of a purchase order to supply the State of New Hampshire with specified items. This includes retrofitting two Caterpillar 926M All-Wheel Drive Articulated Wheel Loaders to enhance their operational capabilities by integrating new hydraulic plow wing towers that will work with the existing OEM hydraulic systems.

Work Details
The contract involves supplying two Loader Mounted Wing Posts designed for retrofitting two Caterpillar 926M All-Wheel Drive Articulated Wheel Loaders (model years 2016 and 2017). The specifications include:
- A wing post permanently attached to the right side of the loader’s front articulating frame, hydraulically controlled.
- Valve controls mounted in the cab connected by a mechanical link.
- Four double acting functions: three for operating wing functions and one for reversing the front plow.
- Hydraulic lines must withstand operating pressures of 3,000 psi and include quick couplers matching existing fittings.
- The tower must have cylinders for operating rear wing heel and slide, with adjustable flow control for ease of operation.
- The wing tower and components must be painted to match the loader's factory color without using lead paint.
- Two complete sets of parts manuals must be provided upon delivery.

Period of Performance
The successful vendor is required to complete delivery of items within 30 days after receipt of Purchase Order.

Place of Performance
Delivery is required to the Bureau of Mechanical Services located at 33 Smokey Bear Blvd., Concord, NH 03302.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be duly registered as a vendor authorized to conduct business in New Hampshire and have a completed Vendor Application Package on file with the NH Bureau of Purchase and Property prior to bid award. Additionally, vendors are required to provide material safety data sheets with deliveries and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
