Background
The University of New Hampshire (UNH) is seeking proposals for janitorial services at the UNH Interoperability Lab. The goal of this contract is to ensure a clean and well-maintained environment that supports the lab's operations and mission.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive janitorial services for the UNH Interoperability Lab. This includes regular cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, restroom sanitation, and waste disposal.

Specific cleaning frequencies and tasks are outlined in the attached Appendix C - Cleaning Frequencies. The contractor must ensure compliance with all USNH terms and conditions, including insurance requirements.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to last for one year, with potential options for renewal based on performance and funding availability.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the UNH Interoperability Lab located in Durham, New Hampshire.
