Grounds Maintenance Supplies

Background
The City of Laconia Parks and Recreation Department is seeking sealed bids for the supply and delivery of various grounds maintenance supplies.
The goal of this contract is to ensure that the department has the necessary materials to maintain parks and recreational areas effectively.

Work Details
The contract includes the following supplies:
1. Fertilizers:
- Ocean Organics Sea Blend 12-0-12, 50lb/bag: 250 bags total (210 bags delivered ASAP in 2025, 40 bags delivered by August 1, 2025)
- Ocean Organic Sea Blend 12-4-5, 50lb/bag: 80 bags total (delivered by August 1, 2025)
- Menefee Humate, 50lb/bag: 80 bags total (delivered ASAP in 2025)
- Solu-Cal Mag or Coastal Cal Mag, 50lb/bag: 120 bags total (delivered ASAP in 2025)

2. Turf Seed Blends:
- Sports Turf Blend (50% KBG/50% Perennial Rye), 50lb/bag: 65 bags total (25 bags delivered ASAP in 2025, 40 bags delivered by August 1, 2025)
- Parks Blend-Sun/Shade Varieties, 50lb/bag: 20 bags total (5 bags delivered ASAP in 2025, 15 bags delivered by August 1, 2025)
- Turfmend Pro Repair HGT & RPR (coated), Sand: 20 bags total (delivered ASAP in 2025)

3. Sports Field Supplies:
- Turface-Pro League Elite Heritage Red, 50lb/bag: 40 bags total (delivered ASAP in 2025)
- Turface Professional Mound Clay Red, 50lb/bag: 25 bags total (delivered ASAP in 2025).

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and will include staggered deliveries as specified for each item. Some items are required to be delivered as soon as possible in the year of award.

Place of Performance
All deliveries are to be made to the Laconia Parks and Recreation Department located at 306 Union Ave., Laconia, NH,03246.
