Background
Rockingham County, New Hampshire, is a public entity that includes various departments such as general administrative offices, nursing homes, correctional facilities, and elected officials' offices. The Rockingham County Sheriff's Office is seeking proposals for the purchase of Motorola equipment to enhance their operational capabilities.

Work Details
The contract involves the procurement of Motorola equipment including:

- 3 x APX 8500 Series Mobile radios and accessories:

- 3x G78AT ENH: 3-Year Essential Service
- 3x GA05509AA DEL: Delete UHF Band
- 3x GA05507AA DEL: Delete 7/800MHZ Band
- 3x B18CR ADD: Auxiliary Speaker 7.5 Watt APX
- 3x G444AH ADD: APX Control Head Software
- 3x GA01517AA ADD: J600 Adapter
- 3x G806BL ENH: Astro Digital CAI OP APX
- 3x GA01670AA ADD: APX E5 Control Head
- 3x W22BA ADD: Standard Palm Microphone APX
- 3x W12DK ADD: RF Preamp APX (No Wi-Fi capability needed, no programming required, will need adapter for VHF antenna).

- 2 x APX Consolette radios and accessories:
- 2x L30KSS9PW1BN MOTOROLA CONSOLETTE SB VHF MP
- Additional accessories including AC line cords and essential service options.

- Additional equipment such as GPW8000 with receiver boards, IP-based multisite software, and various portable radios with specified features.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and will be defined in the proposal submission detailing the proposed start and completion time schedule.

Place of Performance
The equipment will be delivered to Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office located at Brentwood, NH.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide an itemized pricing proposal including shipping costs, legal organization name with DBA, tax ID, physical address, organization representative contact information, warranty details, and insurance requirements. Insurance must include professional liability insurance of at least $1 million per occurrence, workers’ compensation insurance as mandated by New Hampshire law, comprehensive general liability insurance of at least $1 million per occurrence, and motor vehicle insurance of at least $1 million per accident. Proposals must also include an insurance certificate confirming coverage.
