Background
The State of New Hampshire, through the Department of Employment Security (NHES), is seeking bids for a Full-Service Maintenance and Supply Agreement for one (1) Konica Minolta bizhub Press C2060. The purpose of this contract is to ensure the maintenance and supply of necessary components for the specified printing device, supporting the operational needs of NHES.

Work Details
The contractor will provide full-service maintenance and repair services for the Konica Minolta bizhub Press C2060, including:

1. Onsite preventative maintenance and repair service during regular hours (8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday).
2. Response to service requests within two hours during regular hours, with a technician on-site within four hours unless otherwise agreed.
3. Supply of OEM toner as needed, included in the quarterly base charge.
4. Provision of a loaner device at no charge if the printer is down for three or more consecutive working days or has excessive malfunctions.
5. All parts and labor costs are included in the quoted charges with no additional fees for travel or mileage.
6. Invoicing must be submitted in triplicate showing order number and pricing details.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective for one (1) year from the date of Governor and Council approval.

Place of Performance
All services will be performed at 45 South Fruit Street, Concord, NH 03301.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be duly registered as a vendor authorized to conduct business in New Hampshire, provide proof of comprehensive general liability insurance ($2 million per occurrence), workers' compensation coverage, and a certificate of good standing from the State of New Hampshire Department of State.
