Ductless Mini-Split Installations

Background
Belknap County is seeking the supply and installation of ductless mini-split AC systems to enhance climate control in specific facilities. The project aims to provide efficient heating and cooling solutions for the Conference Room and Server Room, aligning with the County's commitment to maintaining comfortable environments for its operations.

Work Details
The contractor will furnish and install Mitsubishi HVAC systems, including:

- **Conference Room System:**
- (2) Mitsubishi Hyper Heat Condensing Units, Model: MXZ-3C24NAHZ4-U1
- (4) Mitsubishi 2' x 2' 4-Way Ceiling Cassette Units with Grilles, Model: SLZ-AF12NL
- (1) 18” Fixed Stand for Condenser mounting

- **Server Room System:**
- (1) Mitsubishi P-Series Condensing Unit (Cooling Only), Model: PUY-AH30NL
- (1) Mitsubishi Wall-Mounted Indoor Unit, Model: PKA-AK30NL

The contractor must verify existing site conditions prior to bidding, provide all necessary materials and accessories for a complete installation, perform all electrical work required for operational systems, ensure proper roof penetrations and weatherproofing, and conduct testing and commissioning of the systems. A minimum one-year labor warranty is required along with adherence to manufacturer warranty standards.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to be completed by April 15, 2026.

Place of Performance
The installation will take place at Belknap County facilities located at 34 County Drive, Laconia, New Hampshire.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must conduct a mandatory site visitation prior to submitting proposals. The contractor must coordinate all work with the Belknap County Facilities Department and ensure minimal disruption during normal business hours.
