Door Access Card Readers (SUPPLY AND INSTALL)

Background
The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, through its Division of Procurement and Support Services, is issuing a Request for Bid (RFB) to establish a contract for the supply and installation of door access card readers.
The goal is to enhance security measures across various state facilities by implementing a reliable access control system.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for supplying and installing six (6) card readers at the following locations: DHHS District Offices in Berlin, Conway, Portsmouth, Concord, Nashua, and Manchester.
The vendor must provide all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment, and permits necessary for the installation.
Installation must be completed within 45 business days from the award of the contract.
The work hours are generally between 9:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M., unless otherwise arranged with the State.
The vendor must ensure that all work complies with the specifications outlined in the bid invitation.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to be completed within 45 business days after that date.

Place of Performance
Installation will take place at DHHS District Offices located in Berlin, Conway, Portsmouth, Concord, Nashua, and Manchester, New Hampshire.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be registered with the NH Bureau of Purchase and Property as State of New Hampshire vendors and have a completed Vendor Application Package on file.
Corporations or limited liability companies must also be registered with the New Hampshire Secretary of State.
Additionally, vendors must provide proof of comprehensive general liability insurance coverage prior to contract award.
