Description

Crash Data Analysis System
Background
The New Hampshire Office of Highway Safety (OHS) oversees the development and execution of a statewide highway safety program aimed at reducing traffic crashes and their associated impacts such as deaths, injuries, economic losses, and property damage on roadways in New Hampshire.

This RFP seeks to procure a comprehensive, AI-driven Traffic Crash Analysis System that will assist in integrating crash data with contextual information like roadway conditions and weather factors to enhance safety measures.

Work Details
The desired Traffic Crash Analysis System should include capabilities for both an internal dashboard and a public-facing dashboard. The internal dashboard will have role-based access, while the public-facing dashboard will provide statistical summary-level data as defined by the State.

The system must enable easy toggling between crash data and context, allowing navigation through millions of crash records and infrastructure details. It should also provide one-click views of individual crashes with up-to-date attributes, vehicle information, and impacted persons. Each intersection will have summary pages documenting local crashes with automatically recommended safety countermeasures optimized by their benefit-to-cost ratio.

Network screening tools must identify and prioritize corridors based on various safety metrics.

Period of Performance
The initial contract term will begin upon the effective date after full execution of the contract and may be extended for additional years at the State's discretion.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed within the State of New Hampshire.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must comply with all requirements outlined in the RFP including submission of a signed Transmittal Form Letter, Certificate of Good Standing from the Secretary of State of New Hampshire, Certificate of Authority/Vote authorizing representatives to enter into agreements with the State, and a Certificate of Insurance evidencing required coverage.
