Crane Mats

Background
The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, through the Division of Procurement and Support Services, is issuing a Request for Bid (RFB) for Crane Mats.
The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract in the form of a purchase order for supplying the State with specified items. This contract aims to fulfill the needs of the State of New Hampshire in accordance with the requirements outlined in this bid invitation.

Work Details
The contract involves supplying the following items:
- 8 Crane Mats, Oak, 12"x4'x24'
- 6 Crane Mats, Oak, 12"x4'x30'
All items must meet or exceed the required specifications as written and shall be new (current model year), not used or refurbished.
Delivery must be made to the NH Department of Natural and Cultural Resources at 157 Deerfield Road, Allenstown, NH 03275.

Period of Performance
Delivery of items is required within 30 days after receipt of Purchase Order.

The delivery location is NH Department of Natural and Cultural Resources, 157 Deerfield Road, Allenstown, NH 03275.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be duly registered as a vendor authorized to conduct business in New Hampshire.
A completed Vendor Application Package must be on file with the NH Bureau of Purchase and Property prior to bid award. Vendors are also required to provide Safety Data Sheets for all products covered by RSA 277-A (Worker’s Right to Know Act).
