Contract: Well Repair, Maintenance, And Installation Services

Background
The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, Division of Procurement and Support Services, is issuing a Request for Bid for Well Repair, Maintenance, and Installation Services.
The goal of this contract is to establish a reliable service provider to support the state's well systems, ensuring operational efficiency and safety.

Work Details
The Vendor shall supply all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment, and permits necessary to perform the following services:

1. Emergency Repairs: Defined as urgent repairs needed within 24-48 hours that impact safety or operational capability. The Vendor must provide repair rates at hourly rates for state facilities and submit a Request for Quote (RFQ) detailing the scope of work.

2. Other Repairs/Replacements (Non-Emergency): The Vendor will provide repair rates for non-emergency repairs as requested by the state agencies through RFQs.

3. Warranty Requirements: The Vendor must provide warranties on all new equipment and services for a minimum of one year or the manufacturer's standard warranty period. This warranty should cover 100% of repair or replacement costs including parts, shipping, labor, travel, lodging, and expenses.

4. Compliance with Material Safety Data Sheets: The Vendor must provide these sheets with any products delivered covered by RSA 277-A.

5. Site Visitation: Vendors are required to familiarize themselves with service sites prior to bidding.

Period of Performance
The contract term will commence upon approval by the Governor and Executive Council through June 30, 2030. There is an option to extend for an additional two years upon mutual agreement.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations throughout the State of New Hampshire as specified in the bid documents.
