CONTRACT: Salesforce Professional Services

Background
Through this Request for Proposal (RFP), the State of New Hampshire, through its Department of Administrative Services (the “State”) seeks to pre-qualify up to twelve vendors with experienced Salesforce System Integrators to provide Salesforce Professional services to State Agencies. The State will select vendors based on the criteria detailed below in this RFP, who will enter into a Master Service Agreement with the State subject to the State’s standard terms and conditions set forth at Section III of this RFP.

Work Details
The State is looking to identify vendors that meet the State’s requirements in implementing Salesforce solutions for individual or multiple State Agencies. By leveraging Salesforce with vendor support, the State is anticipating improved service to constituents by automating business processes, providing prompt responses to tracking or delivering constituent needs, refining business operations based on access to insightful data, securing information within compliance of State and Federal regulations, and deploying rapid solutions throughout the State’s IT Environment.

The goals and objectives for this RFP for Salesforce Professional Services include prequalifying Salesforce Integrators to work with State agencies to implement digital government solutions and establishing a process for State Agencies to request services and award work to pre-qualified vendors.
