CONTRACT: Salesforce Professional Services

Background
The State of New Hampshire, through its Department of Administrative Services, is seeking to pre-qualify up to twelve vendors with experienced Salesforce System Integrators to provide Salesforce Professional Services to State Agencies.
The goal is to establish a Master Service Agreement that will allow State Agencies to solicit offers for these services, thereby improving service delivery and operational efficiency within the state's digital government solutions.

Work Details
The selected vendors will provide Salesforce Professional Services which include but are not limited to:
- Implementation of Salesforce solutions for various State Agencies
- Automation of business processes
- Data management
- Compliance with state and federal regulations
- Support for ongoing operations.
Vendors must demonstrate experience in managing Salesforce projects, including the development of user stories, business requirements, and testing documentation.
The services will be delivered on a Firm Fixed Price basis under the direction of the Department of Information Technology personnel.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to last for multiple years as determined by the needs of the State Agencies and the terms outlined in individual Statements of Work (SOWs).

Place of Performance
Services will be performed within the State of New Hampshire, primarily at locations designated by the State Agencies utilizing Salesforce solutions.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must have substantial experience in implementing Salesforce solutions within public sector environments.
They are required to provide detailed qualifications for key personnel including Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, Developers, and Architects.
Additionally, all proposed key vendor staff must reside and perform work within the contiguous United States.
